Roles and Responsibilities
Building relationships with farmers, communicating and promoting sales
Building relationships with business partners
Building relationships and communicating with local governments, government agencies, universities, companies and agricultural organizations (JA)
Building business strategies, predictions and analysis, and business models for robot sales
Developing new business opportunities
Required Qualifications
Japanese: Native / English: Business level (IELTS 6.5/IBT80)
Experience in selling agricultural products, agricultural equipment, and machinery (Preferred)
Background in the agricultural industry, such as work experience at an agricultural-related company (Preferred)
Work experience in rural areas or work experience in regional projects such as regional revitalization (Preferred)
Creative and able to approach work with a positive attitude
Able to think and act independently in a constantly changing environment, communicate with the team in mind, and flexibly execute and promote projects
Enjoy the speed of growth of venture companies and the work of turning "0" into "1"
Able to persevere through trial and error and take on new challenges with a challenging attitude
